David J. Marquardt, Esq.


David J. Marquardt was born and raised in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and is an associate with the firm. Mr. Marquardt specializes in all areas of domestic relations practice, and is also experienced in criminal defense and other civil litigation.

Mr. Marquardt began his career practicing in Northern Virginia, and has since relocated to the Maryland office of Hecht & Associates, LLC. He continues to practice in both jurisdictions and has produced impressive results in his areas of expertise.

Mr. Marquardt has significant courtroom experience, having appeared in both the Circuit Court and District Court in Maryland, as well as the Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia. He also understands that many cases call for a resolution outside of the courtroom, and he has honed his skills in alternative dispute resolution as a result.

Prior to embarking on his career in the legal profession, Mr. Marquardt attended the University of Richmond, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his juris doctorate.
